Compliance & Credibility
MSC Trading adheres to and possesses all applicable permits, licenses and regulatory requirements governing international seafood trade — including an FDA HACCP program and sustainability practices across every product line we handle.
MSC Trading holds and maintains the permits and licenses required for the seafood we buy, handle, import, export and distribute.
Our operations adhere to an FDA seafood HACCP program, with hazard controls, monitoring and record keeping applied to the product we move.
We support responsibly managed fisheries, respect closed seasons and size regulations, and will not trade product outside of legal season.
All products are sourced directly from the point of origin or from the harvesters themselves — including our own Florida Keys fishery relationships.
Every shipment is tied to its origin, harvest area and handling facility so buyers know exactly where their product came from.
Health certificates, catch and entry paperwork are prepared and coordinated with brokers and receiving authorities for each lane.
